Cryptocentrus cinctus (Herre, 1936)
Banded shrimpgoby, 10cm

So far we know of only several specimens of this species seen the Marshalls, all from the silty sand southwest of the fuel pier at Kwajalein Island. The five photos below were taken by Jay Lord.

The next one appears intermediate between the more typical yellow and a possible all black form in the following photo.
