Hirudinella ventricosa (Pallas, 1774) Baird, 1853

These internal parasitic flukes are nearly always found, usually a pair but sometimes only one, in the stomachs of wahoo (Acanthocybium solandri). They damage the host by penetrating the stomach lining and feeding on the fish's blood. Contracted like this they are around 50mm long, but the can stretch out much longer.
