Sebastapistes cyanostigma (Bleeker, 1856)
Yellowspotted scorpionfish, 10cm

These small scorpionfish are common, but nearly always live between the branches of large colonies of the branch coral Pocillopora eydouxii, often in shallow water.

Although the one below photographed by Stan Jazwinski does not seem to exactly match the colors of the others, it seems to be the closest fit.
