These small Saron shrimp range from green to maroon but generally have greenish spots surrounded by an orange circle. Like some of the other Sarons, males tend to have longer chelipeds, while the forward appendages of females are short and much furrier. These are usually found in rubble or under rocks, and they can move very fast when they need to. The first few photos are males.
