These colorful small tunicates appear to be Eusymstyela latericius. They are common under rocks on some rubble-topped southern Kwajalein Atoll lagoon pinnacles.
In the next two photos, small Eusynstyela tunicates are growing up and over larger Polycarpa tunicates.
