Palmadusta ziczac (Linnaeus, 1758)

We saw these at several sites, including Secret Garden and Secret Bay.

This was the first time we had seen this species with a black mantle. Like its congener Palmadusta clandestina, its mantle can vary all the way from red or orange to black.
