Collecting a few egg capsules in order to try photographing the baby squid, 6 little squid hatched in a collecting jar and were way too fast for me to photograph. One little squid sat still in the jar long enough for a photo before propelling to the safety of the surface changing and flashing colors and patterns as he went.
