This small species is similar to some forms of the variable Dermatobranchus albus and also to another species we saw and are calling Dermatobranchus sp. a211. They may all be variations of a single species. Or, it is possible that those on this page may represent more than one species. 15mm.
On one night dive at Red Palm, many specimens were out, mostly feeding on Dendronophthya soft corals. The next two nights in the same place, there were few to be seen.
