Gymnodoris sp. e568
15mm

This 15mm long gymnodorid was found crawling on sandy rubble at a depth of 4m on a Kwajalein Atoll lagoon reef on 29 December 2008. Its random scattering of red specks and pale lighter patches and its low-lying circular gills distinguish it from other Marshall Islands gymnodorids.

This would appear to be a more heavily spotted individual of the same species. It was found on 30 June 2014 under a rock on the southern Kwajalein Atoll west reef, and it measured 11mm.
