This unusual yellow Volvatella was found on a Kwajalein Atoll lagoon pinnacle on 12 October 2008. The white animal suggests it could be a color form of what we are calling Volvatella viridis.
A tiny 4mm specimen was found on Caulerpa on the ocean side of Gehh Island, Kwajalein Atoll, on 10 October 2016.
