This Volvatella is close to a figure of Volvatella laguncula in iNaturalist, but as that species is thought to be endemic to Southern Africa, we are leaving the identification as uncertain. Ours are known so far from three 8-9mm specimens found on Caulerpa algae, all at a depth of 23 meters on Kwajalein Atoll's lagoon slope.
