Tutufa rubeta (Linnaeus, 1758)

Tutufa rubeta is uncommon in the Marshalls. We typically see these on seaward reefs and lagoon pinnacles under rocks or in ledges. The first one below was found under a rock on a lagoon pinnacle, feasting on a crinoid.
