Scabricola olivaeformis (Swainson, 1821)

Scabricola oivaeformis is abundant in sandy areas and sand patches on lagoon, seaward and pinnacle reefs, at depths of 3 to at least 25m. Formerly placed in Imbricaria.

The empty shell below was found on some rusty wreckage and incorporated some rust into its shell.
