Imbricaria verrucosa (Reeve, 1845)

Imbricaria verrucosa is uncommon in lagoon sand from about 6 to 20m. It will crawl exposed on the sand surface at night. Formerly considered a member of the genus Ziba, it was moved to Imbricaria, possibly on DNA evidence.
