Noviculavolva malaita (Cate, 1976)
Malaita egg shell, 17mm

Noviculavolva malaita is similar to N. deflexa and N. kurziana but differs in having a more distinctly striated shell, which is visible in the glare on the second photo below. Like the other two species, they feed on the gorgonian Rumphella antipathes.
