Inella pagoda (Hinds, 1843)
27.05mm
Inella
pagoda is moderately common under rocks on pinnacle and seaward reefs,
usually in 6 to 20m of water, although some empty shells have been brought up
from at least 60m in sediment samples. We
see them most often hanging from the ceilings of small seaward reef caves at
night.
