Septa flaveola is moderately
rare in the Marshalls. Specimens are occasionally seen on lagoon pinnacles or
on the seaward reef, under rocks by day or in ledges and caves at night, usually
at depths of 10 to 20m.
Shell occupied by Dardanus
hermit crab.
