Plectranthias winniensis (Tyler, 1966)
Redblotch basslet, 40mm

The identification here is somewhat tentative. but Plectranthias winninesis is reported to be similar in coloration to the photo here. It lives in dark overhangs on the seaward reef at depths of 30m and greater. This one was found and photographed by Stan Jazwinski.
