Ophiolepis superba Clark, 1915
25mm (central disk)

These medium large, rather stiff and slow moving brittlestars are usually found under rocks on lagoon, pinnacle or seaward reefs in Kwajalein Atoll.

Underside.

This one appears to be a lighter-colored variation, although its arms did seem to be quite a bit longer than typical O. superba.

One Ophiolepis superba along with an Ophiomyxa australis.
