Strongylura incisa

Strongylura incisa is one of several species of needleifsh present at
Kwajalein. They tend to travel in groups well above the bottom, often near the
surface. I find the needlefish hard to tell apart from photographs, so some of
those figured below could be different species.
This one may have too much of a lunate tail to be S. incisa, but we
cannot be sure from the photo.
