This red form of the hard hydrozoan coral Distichopora does not occur at Kwajalein, but is common at the northern part of Namu Atoll, about 56km south of Kwajalein. The peach-colored gorgonian is Annella mollis and is host to a pygmy seahorse and an ovulid mollusk.
