Crella papillata (Lévi, 1958)

These have both been identified on iNaturalist as Crella papillata although I think they have kind of a different look to them. The first one is commonly found exposed around southern atoll pinnacles.

This one was often in isolated clumps in and around lagoon patches of Halimeda algae.
