Rainbow runners are popular food fish caught by trolling along the edge of the seaward reef. They form schools in this area and also on many lagoon pinnacles and even sometimes around shipwrecks.

Being serviced by cleaner wrasse on the edge of a lagoon pinnacle.

Running along with two species of jack, Carangoides orthogrammus and Caranx melampygus.
