The photos below show a number of different specimens of this small red spotted Nembrotha species, taken at Red Rock, Secret Garden and Manit Point. It is uncertain if all these do represent the same species. It is possible they are very small individuals of Nembrotha milleri or N. mullineri, both of which exhibit red spots in smaller juveniles. However, the juveniles we have seen of those other two species do not look much like these, so for now we are keeping them separate. It also could be a variation of juvenile Nembrotha cristata as indicated in Pola et al (2023).
