Phyllidiopsis fissurata Brunckhorst, 1993

I think I saw this several times on night dives at Makua and Pupukea, Oahu, but at first considered it just a large specimen of Phyllidiella pustulosa. Later, while organizing photos of the phyllidiids, I realized this one was different. The only sighting I can be sure of is the one when these two photos were taken, at Makua on 28 October 1985.
